Flu outbreak

To prevent a flu outbreak* this season, the High School is asking (OK, begging) families to each donate one box of tissues and one bottle of hand sanitizer.  So snag them at the grocery store this weekend and send into the Main Office, Nurses Office, or Library (attention Sandie Liacouras) with your kid on Monday.  If you are the generous type and shop at stores where they sell stuff on pallets, consider getting a huge case of either of these.  Send me a photo of student lugging it into school and I’ll post a personal thanks to your family.

* Note that because we are operating in government-light mode, we don’t know if there is an outbreak yet. But the flu season is definitely coming…people are researching flu symptoms on Google more every day.
